I didn't have to spend ages figuring out how to use it, which was a big plus. It's definitely helping keep everyone aligned, even with some folks working remotely. Felt like a solid experience.

I signed up for the Employee Engagement Surveys and the Recognition and Rewards features of Workleap's platform. The tools themselves are quite robust and offer a lot of useful functionalities for our team. Setting up the surveys was intuitive, and the reporting gave us good insights. However, the initial integration with our existing HR system took a bit longer than I anticipated, requiring a few extra steps that weren't immediately clear in the guides. Customer support was helpful once I reached out, but it would have been better if the documentation covered that specific scenario more explicitly. Overall, it's a valuable platform, and the benefits outweigh that small setup hurdle.
